An easy and flavoured rice recipe made with cumin seeds, ghee and basmati rice.

it is typically served with choice of dal recipes, preferably dal tadka recipe,

but can be served with any gravy based curries.

Our simple and favourite recipe is jeera rice recipe made with long grain rice and cumin seeds.

Lastly, the rice can be served with any north indian curries and gravies but my personal choice is kadai paneer and dal fry recipe.

You can also serve with palak paneer or creamy based gravies like paneer butter masala or shahi paneer.
